Poem of the Day: Lunatic 09/05/96

Another blast from the past: I wrote this poem in 1996 in German and translated it to English in 2011. It was posted on one of my old blogs in a slightly different form:

sunrise over sea with a large light and dark blue sky overhead. A row of clouds just over the water

ย Lunatic

wishes bubble
plans storm in
thoughts explode
fighting to come through

everything is changing
everything lost in chaos
my longing disappears

circling
not able
to recognise dream and reality

1000 personas inside of me
can’t change a thing
