A prompt from bee which I got, and am going to write on today is, my favourite dress. So here is a little poem about that very thing!
light, and very summery
long and flowy
oh how I love it
cool breeze whips it
making it spread outwards
making me blush
because there are others around me
do they really need to see me flushed?
still though
Oh how I love that dress
Summer sun
Summer fun
Me in that long flowy dress
Happy as can be.

Dress? What’s a ‘dress’? I seem to have a vague memory of wearing such a thing … once upon a time. Never did much like them, for they required that you not climb trees or bend in un-lady-like ways, or run fast, or sit in certain ways. Yep, seems I remember such a thing, but … a quick look in my closet shows nary a one! I am content in my sweatpants and jeans, a t-shirt atop, and feet just bare. For that is the real me. 😉

LOL I know exactly what you mean even though I have to admit I have 3!!!! but no closet. They just hang on hangers on the Victorian picture rail 🙂 . Have a great day no matter the challenges today’s society put on our sanity 🙂 .
