Hello out there dear readers and “Love Is In Da Blog” Bloggers. How are you? Is life rocking? (Sorry for the pun LOL).

Today’s prompt comes from Barbara at Teleporting Weena and is “Find country songs about love”. Thanks Barbara for your suggestion! 🙂

I have to admit I think I am cheating a little today. First of all, the song “Let me be there” is described by Wikipedia as a “country-influenced” song and not a country song as such and secondly, I have chosen a Korean artist for the presentation.

“Let me be there” was originally written for and published with Olivia Newton-John in 1973 but had several cover versions. One of them was by Elvis who sang it at his concerts up to his death in 1977. When I was looking for music for my “Music Monday ~ Travel the World” series I came across the Mongolian surprise Enkh-Erdene and was rather surprised how well his English sounded event though he doesn’t really seem to understand the language.

I could not find out anything about Lee Raa Hee so I don’t know how well her English is but it does sound ok to me while she sings. And it also sounds rather country like to me. So not much information for today’s song just enjoy…

and as always: please follow the link underneath the video if it doesn’t play here on the blog.
