Today’s prompt is from Barbara of Teleporting Weena and is “Find rock songs about love”. Thanks Barbara, for this versatile prompt.

I am back to the African continent with my choice of a rock love song. This young lady calls herself “Clay”. She is a Nigerian musician and has won a Nigerian music award in 2016. The song I have chosen sounds more like a love song to God but I guess spirituality is a big part of love. Or at least I see it that way.

Clay used to listen to Avril Lavigne and feels inspired by Cranberry’s singer Siobhan O’Ryan. Her mission is to make music that you like to listen to but also be inspirational. I think she achieves that well.
