Hello out there in the blogosphere, how are you? I hope you are well and if not that you get all the help you need. Feel embraced by healing energy.
Today’s prompt is by Jim and is:
A love song that charted in the Top 10 or better
Please head over to Jim’s Blog “A Unique Title for me” and cheer him on on his music history journey. Thanks!
Sorry, dear readers and fellow bloggers if my posts are a little short-handed currently. It turned out that I have breast cancer, and I have to get through several examinations. Unfortunately, the hospital isn’t close by (yes, there are disadvantages living in the middle of nowhere 😉 ) and they try to get me in as fast as they can so they often call and ask if I can come in at that day because they had a cancellation.
You can imagine that I take as many as I can to get to a point where they know everything and can start treating the bugger. But I have to be very flexible, and I have to admit I find that a little difficult. So far, I am holding up well. I want to maintain as positive an attitude as I can because I believe that is important to beat cancer.
A big thank you at this point to the best husband in the world, my employer and my family and friends who are so, so, so supportive. I am rolling to this new journey on a wave of positive energy that comes my way from all over the world, and that means much to me.
That is why I dedicate this song to all of you who keep me in your prayers in your thoughts. I appreciate this a lot!
And just to make sure it fits the prompt, here is what Wikipedia says about it: “It was a Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit for the duo for two consecutive weeks in 1973“. Please follow the link underneath the video if it does not play here on the blog.
Love Is In Da Blog 2020 prompt for day 27

Find a song about love in autumn
Now dear readers

I am sorry to hear about your breast cancer Bee. If there is anything I can do to help out, please let me know.

Thanks very much, Jim. I don’t know yet how it will be treated as they still try to figure out if it spread anywhere and at what stage it is. Besides being very tired I have no problems yet. But I let you know 🙋♀️🐝

Oh, so sorry for the news, Bee. Take it one step at a time. Sending good wishes and prayers for complete healing for you. ❤
I've missed a few days here, too, as I was in the hospital with the Flu for about 5 days. Feeling some better, but still taking it easy. Will add a song as I can.

So sorry to hear you had the flu. Hope you feel better soon. Thanks for your kind words. It looks like they caught it really early so I am not too worried but will find out exactly next week Thursday. You can always do some of the prompts later, if you wish. You know #LoIsInDaBl is rather relaxed 😚🙋♀️🐝
