Hello dear Love Is In Da Bloggers, how are you today? It is so good to have you back and I am so looking forward to this years event as I found it quite challenging. At least the poetry part. But here first a reminder of what is happening:

This year we top “Love Is In Da Blog”. I’ve decided to combine music with poetry and offer a prompt to a theme. The theme is “Great Love Stories” and you can either find a song for the prompt, write a poem for the prompt or do both. I’ve chosen a list of exciting love stories and am offering some poetry forms that I’ve never tried before and you maybe neither. That is why I put the prompts on all my “Come Away With Me” posts in January so we had enough time to prepare. I have also invited as many participants from last year as I could and I think I managed to reach all. Ah, I hope that it doesn’t stop our fun that “The Bee Writes…” is private now.

We’ll start with an easy one tomorrow. It is

Choose your own

Choose a love story that you think is great and connect it with a love song and/or write a poem. It is entirely up to you. If you prefer music just choose a love song. If you prefer poetry, write a poem. And if you love both do both. Or do what you are inspired to do despite the prompt.

Please link your post to tomorrows “Love Is In Da Blog” post and leave a comment too just in case the link-back doesn’t work. This is the case if you do not blog from WordPress. I am so looking forward to your creations/choices!

Just one more thing before you go: The hospital that treated me for breast cancer in 2020 is fundraising for a dedicated breast cancer unit which would allow some same-day diagnosis and better premises for patients and staff.
