Today we are using one of my favourite poetry forms, the Acrostic, to fall in love with Rick and Ilsa again. Oh, this film has haunted my youth and I’ve cried so many tears when Ilsa leaves with Victor. Bergman was just such a beautiful and talented actress. And well, Humphrey Bogard… I need not say anything, do I?

Unfortunately, I could not find anything out about the band Marlumi as my Spanish is somehow limited ;-). I could only find a Spanish Facebook page for them. The search engines otherwise gave me info about Marluma who apparently dates or dated Jenifer Lopez.

But I love this version of “As Time Goes By” because it brings about the rawness of the song. I probably preferred it on a piano but you can’t have everything!
