Hello out there, week three is over today, can you believe it. It was a journey filled with music, poetry and a lot of snow. At least where I am living.

This Welsh poetry form is quite interesting. I believe, you can do a lot with it and I’ll keep it in mind for future poetry. As with all of it, you need to practise to get perfect and that’s a good thing to do, I guess. So here is mine:

Poor Elaine

You turned the head of poor Elaine

We know you did not want any gain

still you caused two ladie’s such pain

and will forever single remain

in the end one needed a burial

it’s the burial of poor Elaine

There are so many rock love songs out there but one of my favourites is Queen’s “Somebody to Love”. I still can’t get over the fact that Brian May is an Astrophysicist. No wonder their music is out of this world LOL. Sorry, my jokes aren’t getting better either. Please enjoy:

Just one more thing before you go: The hospital that treated me for breast cancer in 2020 is fundraising for a dedicated breast cancer unit which would allow some same-day diagnosis and better premises for patients and staff.
