Hi peeps, a new week and no recipe, no. I just fully agree with Melanie that time doesn’t fly but storms by! The third week of October? Well, the weather here in North Norfolk certainly is autumnal. It just started raining. However, the temperatures are rather mild.
I took a long walk with Sherks yesterday which exhausted both of us:

But it also gave us some lovely things to discover but I’ll share those on Wednesday. Dinner is nearly ready and I need to get on with it a bit.
I shared with you my excitement about working “normally” again and all went well on Saturday. I work in a mental health hospital and there are certain security things to adhere to that weren’t necessary for me while I was shielding. Also, we got two new wings which I hadn’t seen yet. I’ll be back tomorrow and am looking forward to finding my new working rhythms. I’ll keep you updated.
Nothing new on the downsizing agenda. Besides keeping the house as clean and tidy as I can I have nothing more done so far. However, we are discovering more and more boattubers. We spent yesterday watching a young couple who are so lovely and absolutely funny and their journey onto the boat. If you are interested you can find them here.
I am also hooked again on some games. I downloaded an app where you can get Amazon vouchers for playing games. Of course, I know that’s all a bit of a moneymaking exercise for the apps and games involved but I thought:”I play anyway, might s well win something with it”. So there goes my planning and doing stuff. Never mind 😉
What’s up for the rest of the week? I am still trying to put some meat on my characters in several stories and of course work. I might even get a little bit of bathroom paint down. I’ll keep you updated. Now I am off to answer Melanie’s questions.

This week they are:
Are you easily frightened or startled?
(Purely whimsical supposition. Suspend disbelief for a bit)
If you were a ghost, what location do you think you would haunt? Is it the same or different from the location you’d want to haunt?
What do you see in your mind’s eye when you close your eyes? (I know somebody will answer ‘the inside of my eyelids”, so I took the temptation away by answering that first! Feel free to use that answer if you like though, or pass. It’s ALL good!)
If a Semi (Big Rig in Americanese) (lorry or trolley over the pond) were about to smash into a crowd, and you could divert the vehicle’s course to hit only one person, would you? How would you decide who would become the victim?
GRATITUDE SECTION
Please feel free to share what makes you feel warm and cozy when the wind blows cold? Alternatively (for those on the other side of the world), what makes you feel relaxed and comfortable when the thermometer starts rising?
Please find the prompt post and lots of creative answers here.

Are you easily frightened or startled?
That depends on my location and the amount of sleep I had. At night in a cemetery, I am startled easily. At home after several mugs of coffee not LOL

I would love to haunt the home of someone who doesn’t believe in ghosts, muahahahahahaaaa, but probably end up haunting the place I die at.

All sorts of things from sinister figures to lovely landscapes. I bet you wish, you didn’t ask 😉

I wouldn’t decide I would act instinctively. Most probably run the other way 😦
Sorry, today I’m skipping the gratitude section or more I keep it to myself 🙂
Happy Monday to you despite everything!
Please stay safe, stay kind and remember you are awesome!
Sounds like a good week. I too would run from the truck situation.
