No, I haven’t lost my mind at last. Instead we watched “Don’t Look Up“. If you haven’t heard of this comedy by film director Adam McKay yet it’s about this: a huge meteorite hurdles towards earth. Two scientists discover it and warn the US president who is a woman but somehow reminded me dramatically of Donald Trump. Meryl Streep did a great job 😁. I won’t tell you if they succeeded just in case you haven’t seen it. Oh, there is, of course, a mobile phone/social media magnate who wants to make some money with the meteorite. Did I tell you it’s big. The meteorite? Really big?

But what really made me laugh out loud is Ariana Grande’s song to support those who take the threat seriously and look up to see it. Part of the lyrics go like that (sorry for the bad language):

Listen to the goddamn qualified scientists
We really fucked it up, fucked it up this time…

I can’t stop feeling like shouting that continuously at anti-maskers, anti-vaccers and climate crisis deniers.
