I have to be alone very often. I’d be quite happy if I spent from Saturday night until Monday morning alone in my apartment. That’s how I refuel.

Yes, it is best to be selective. I barely use it, checking for personal messages. My wife uses it for purposes similar to you, which is what Face Book and the like should be for.💮🌷🌸

Remind myself how far I have come during this fabulous turn in recovery from alcoholism and addiction! I have been so busy this last year and have missed so much writing especially Love is in Da Blog 2022!
