It’s still a taboo to talk about what goes on when women reach menopause and I wonder why. Maybe it is because it is a very personal experience. Here are some thoughts of mine.
Menopause
The courage to
P… people off.
The courage to
Not give a s…
The courage to
Walk my path.
The courage to
Be myself.
Please stay safe, stay kind and remember: you rock!
The courage to admit you’ve come out the other side!

Well, I didn’t know I was in it until my period stopped rather earlier than other women do so I somehow feel cheated 🤣

It’s different for everyone. I barely noticed it.

That is great. We hear so rarely that the change went well for some women. I had a lot of trouble but as it wasn’t recognised it was menopause instead of my mental health I didn’t notice it either 🤗

🤣 Well, there are ways to get around it if it’s recognised. And there are women who have no problems whatsoever. But I feel it’s not treated like an important step for women to reach a next step in their life which makes it a worse experience than it could be 😊

Seems a reasonable response to me.
Tip: How to clear obnoxious males off a site. Talk Periods and Menopause, in detail
As Son, Husband and Father of two daughters I reckon that Nature (or God depending on your viewpoint) gave women a pretty rubbish deal. Needs ‘spine’ to be a woman. (Simple observation, that)

Thanks for your kind words and good observations. Even though I start to wonder, if many of the so-called “women’s problems” might rather be a society problem rather than a nature’s one. We are so used to see our changes and experiences as “problems” rather than natural developments that we are built to manage and grow with. Of course, we rather experience the menopause etc as painful, stressful and bad because of this. 🙄

If men in general accepted women’s physiology as ‘it is’, and treated women as equals in Life’s struggles, we would all make a lot more progress and have a healthier society.
