April 2011 I am listening to Ozzy Osbourne’s “Dreamer” and thought “Well I am one too!”
My granny used to say that it will end badly for me because I always lived in my own little world. She predicted I would be lonely and anti-social because I did not like to have breakfast with the rest of the family but rather stay by myself dreaming along. Well, she was not right. I still like some time on my own dreaming along getting inspiration for poetry and blogs but I also need to be with others having fun or just talking. I am sure besides me they said things like that about Ozzy and those other dreamers too. I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream Martin Luther King

What my granny said is what people who lost or sold their dreams say about us who do not give them up no matter what!
I strongly believe in dreams no matter what! I believe they are the seeds of new ideas, new hope, new inspiration. Without them and without those who do dream them this world would be a lot darker and a lot sadder. Ich hoere gerade Ozzy Osbourne’s “Dreamer” und dachte “Ich bin auch einer davon!”
Meine Oma sagte immer, dass es boese mit mir enden wird, da ich in meiner eigenen kleinen Welt lebte. Sie sagte vorher, dass ich einsam und unsozial sein wuerde, weil ich lieber alleine fruehstueckte und vor mich hintraeumte. Tja, sie hatte nicht recht. Ich bin zwar immer noch gerne hin und wieder alleine aber ich bin auch gerne mit anderen zusammen, um Spass zu haben oder einfach nur zu reden.
Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie solche Sachen auch ueber Ozzy und andere Traeumer sagten:

Was meine Oma ueber mich sagte sagen alle Leute ueber uns Traeumer, die ihre Traeume verloren oder verkauft haben.
Ich glaube immens an Traeume. Ich glaube, dass sie die Samen fuer neue Ideen, neue Hoffnung und neue Inspiration sind. Ohne sie und ohne die, die sie traeumen, waere diese Welt sehr viel dunkler und trauriger.
