Today we’ll venture to Scandinavia. I might have repeated this post, but you might have guessed by now that I am a huge fan of Scandinavian music. I doubt that I ever led you to an artist from the Faroe Islands, so this one is a first. Eivør is not only a musician who spans a vast selection of music styles like folk, art pop, jazz, folk rock, classical and electronica, but she is also an actress. I have never heard of her before, but I like this one very much. It’s a haunting love song, and I share the translated lyrics after the video. However, I think I will check out more of her music soon. I hope you enjoy it.

Hallo, Love Is In Da Bloggers, ihr rockt und ich hoffe, ihr wisst es. Wie so viele zuvor ist dieses Blog-Event spannend und bringt uns so viel Freude in all seiner vielfältigen Musik. Vielen Dank für Eure Teilnahme. Ihr macht mich gluecklich im Februar.

Heute wagen wir uns nach Skandinavien. Ich habe diesen Impuls vielleicht wiederholt, aber Ihr habt vielleicht schon erraten, dass ich ein großer Fan skandinavischer Musik bin. Ich bezweifle jedoch, dass ich Euch jemals zu einem Künstler von den Färöer Inseln geführt habe, also ist dies eine Premiere. Eivør ist nicht nur eine Musikerin, die eine große Auswahl an Musikstilen wie Folk, Art Pop, Jazz, Folk Rock, Klassik und Electronica abdeckt, sondern sie ist auch Schauspielerin. Ich habe noch nie von ihr gehört, aber dieses Lied gefällt mir sehr gut. Es ist ein eindringliches Liebeslied und ich teile den übersetzten Text nach dem Video. Ich denke jedoch, dass ich mir bald mehr von ihrer Musik ansehen werde. Ich hoffe Ihr genießt es.
