Happy Monday all despite everything. “The Valkyries” are playing in the film we are watching and I try to figure out if today’s “River” song is by Harry Styles, One Direction, or Joni Mitchel.

If I be taking part in “Blogging From A- Z”I’d tell you I love the Joni Michel song which you’ll see in tomorrow’s post. The lyrics don’t sound the same and whatever I try to research leads me astray. So we just have to take a chance and assume it’s his.

I hated that boy at the beginning. Never was a fan of One Direction. They were too trendy, too cute, and too lalalalaaaa. Then he left and made that song with a fish in the video and I thought:” There might be a more musical talent to him than I suspected”. I think he has a lot of humor about himself and the music business in general. I haven’t listened much to his stuff recently.

On a different note: We have one strange day of weather today. It’s sunny one moment, the next the wind nearly blows us off the hill and the rain pounds on the windows. The only thing we haven’t had today is fog. Sorry That I talk so much about the weather but it is quite a feature in the West of Ireland.

Not much in a blogging mood today so I better let you go and hope you enjoy this one which might or might not be Harry Styles.

Frohen Montag trotz Allem. „Die Walküren“ spielen in dem Film, den wir uns grade ansehen, und ich versuche herauszufinden, ob der heutige „River“-Song von Harry Styles, One Direction oder Joni Mitchel stammt.

Wenn ich bei „Blogging From A-Z“ mitmachen würde, würde ich Euch sagen, dass ich den Song von Joni Michel liebe, den Ihr im morgigen Beitrag sehen werden. Die Texte klingen nicht gleich und was auch immer ich zu recherchieren versuche, führt mich in die Irre. Also müssen wir einfach ein Risiko eingehen und davon ausgehen, dass es von ihm ist.

Ich hasste diesen Jungen am Anfang. War nie ein Fan von One Direction. Sie waren zu trendy, zu niedlich und zu lalalalaaaa. Dann verließ er die Band und machte diesen Song mit einem Fisch im Video und ich dachte: „In ihm steckt vielleicht mehr musikalisches Talent, als ich vermutet hatte.“ Ich denke, er hat viel Humor über sich selbst und das Musikgeschäft im Allgemeinen. Ich habe in letzter Zeit nicht viel von seinen Sachen gehört.

Nun was Anderes: Wir haben heute einen seltsamen Wettertag. In einem Moment ist es sonnig, im nächsten bläst uns der Wind fast vom Hügel und der Regen prasselt an die Fenster. Das einzige, was wir heute nicht hatten, ist Nebel. Tut mir leid, dass ich so viel über das Wetter spreche, aber es ist eine ziemliche Charakteristik im Westen Irlands.

Ich bin heute nicht sehr in Blogging-Stimmung, also lasse ich Euch besser gehen und hoffe, dass Euch dieses Lied hier gefällt, das von Harry Styles sein könnte oder auch nicht.
