Heroine’s Journey

There comes a point in a heroine’s journey when she had enough: enough of the adventure, the moving, and the stress.

We are at that point. We don’t want to travel anymore, don’t want to live in Air B&B’s nor have to organize anything. It’s been one hell of a ride these last five months and we wouldn’t change a thing but our energy resources are depleted and we desperately need a rest.

Please cross your fingers, that we get our mobile home today and can settle next week at last. Thanks.

Hero's are tired
A journeys low point
Won't change the adventures joy

I allow myself a little break to recover and will be back with “normal” stuff next week.

May you have enough rest, joy, and adventure in your life. Please, stay safe, stay kind and remember: you rock!

The sl*ts are tired

Already the ringing of my alarm clock
Makes me realize what the day will be like
No desire for tomorrow
No desire for anything
Yesterday night I was still a winner
Yesterday night I was still beautiful
I wanted you and took them all
I never wanted to go home

The sl*ts are tired
They have been awake for too long
Even if only at the next day
But when you think
Just because I cry
My life will be different
I tell you “No”

No make-up hurt soul
Let your tears run freely
Need the arm that holds me tight now
Please catch me again
If you want to let us fly
If only you want to I am with you
Because I only need you close
I only want to go home

    1. Hi Robbie, thanks so much for your kind words. At the moment we still have to set stuff up. We also fell prey to a fraudster which doesn’t help our finances. But we’ll get there. I hope all is well with you and yours πŸ’•

  1. To use that old American phrase of agreement… ‘I hear you talking’
Being on the move takes many shapes and forms and there is always a time when it gets to a stage wanting to stop, just to replenish.
Sorry to read about the fraudster, they are everywhere, loathsome creatures.
    All my best wishes.
